Crozer-Keystone in Pennsylvania Braces for a Second Coronavirus Wave
With trends dynamically moving on the COVID-19 front, Crozer-Keystone Health System officials are taking what they’ve learned from their experience here to prepare for what may yet arrive.
“It was March 5 that the first patient presented,” Peter J. Adamo, chief executive officer of the Crozer-Keystone Health System, said. “It was in the ED. We had some notion that she was coming.”
Dr. Gary Zimmer, Crozer-Keystone chief medical officer, added, “We got a phone call from the (Pennsylvania) Department of Health that there was a suspected patient on the way in.”
